I watched as she smoothed her hair. Beads glistened as they ran to breasts beneath her chin held high. Their pace teasing me, questioned my own.
As she turned in the sun, its warmth seemed eager to caress her. Water squeezed from her hair splattered from the rocks as though desperate to reach her knees.
In life she saw exuberance. As she walked toward me, her spirit quickened my own.
